Founded in 1992 by Yaşar Ahmet Tuncer in Çeşme, Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı began as a small boutique hotel breakfast service. Under Nurten Tuncer’s management, the breakfast section evolved into a standalone entity. Their daughter, Sinem Tuncer, later expanded the concept year-round and to Istanbul, emphasizing their heritage in traditional flatbread-making from Aydın-Atburgazi village. Today, Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı continues to offer guests a heartwarming experience with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, supporting local farmers and embodying genuine hospitality.
