*Session 1: Vinyasa Flow (mixed levels) with Sarah Medina
A fun full body flow, suitable for all levels, as options are offered throughout the sequence. Experience mindful transitions that will leave the body feeling grounded, balanced, and toned.
*Session 2: Om-believable Energizing Chakras Journey through Yoga and Sound Therapy with Goli Cramer and Michael Nilsen
A remarkable session focusing on energizing the chakras with related asanas to each chakra holding those asanas for few breaths to use the mantras related to the chakras. Finishing off with the asan practice with sound journey and guided meditation.
*Session 3: Slow Down Sculpt & Sound (mixed levels) with Linda Chambers & Maryam Salaam
A total-body sculpt flow led by Maryam sealed with a soothing Yin + Sound experience led by Linda. An intentional, soul-nourishing movement session for your heart + body. –
Notes:
-Make sure you arrive 30min prior to your session to allow time for valet and registration.
-Yoga Mats will be provided
