About Senor Pico:
Founded by Victor ‘Trader Vic’ Bergeron in 1964, Señor Pico was created by the team responsible for Trader Vic’s Worldwide. Specializing in early Californian/Mexican cuisine and signature cocktails, Señor Pico was inspired by Bergeron’s travels to Mexico, where he explored the culture, researching recipes, local ingredients and cooking methods resulting in mouth-watering dishes that are true to their Mexican heritage. The cocktail menu features signature drinks created by Vic, including the Mexican Zombie, Pico’s Pomelo and Pinky Gonzalez along with all-time favourite margaritas and micheladas.
