Musafir.com is the UAE’s leading online travel management company. Established by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani and Mr. Sachin Gadoya in August 2007, the company initially focused on serving leisure travelers and expanded into business travel in 2017.

Musafir.com’s first flagship branch opened in 2007 in the SAIF Zone, Sharjah. Today, the company has grown to a network of 10 branches across the UAE, India, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Since its inception, musafir.com has served over a million customers through its website and branch network.

The word “Musafir” (IPA: /mʊ.sɑː.fɪɾ/) means “traveler” in Arabic. Musafir.com provides a range of services, including search and booking for flights and hotels, UAE tourist visa application and assistance, global tourist visa assistance, and holiday packages. The company offers flights to over 3,000 destinations, hotel stays at more than 1 million properties worldwide, and various holiday experiences. Musafir.com also manages corporate travel for over 1,000 companies in the GCC.

The company launched its services in India in 2010 and formed a notable partnership with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar in 2013. Tendulkar served as musafir.com’s global brand ambassador until April 30, 2016. Musafir.com also operates a multilingual contact center, providing customers with dedicated 24/7 support.
