Chef Sameer Haithum Kapoor, a highly respected culinary expert renowned for his fervor and skill in the culinary field, boasted a career spanning more than 14 years across various countries such as London, Italy, India, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE. Influenced by the remarkable cooking prowess of his mother and grandmother, Chef Kapoor cultivated a profound admiration for the culinary arts. Upon completing his education, he relocated to Dubai and served as the Complex Chef De Cuisine at The Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi for two years, showcasing his talents. In 2019, he assumed the position of Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Indigo. Later, he joined the Jumeirah Group as Chef De Cuisine at The Farm House, a farm-to-table BBQ pop-up situated in Madinat Jumeirah. Presently, as the Head Chef of The Bolt Hole Villanova, his primary goal is to elevate the dining experience through his inventive culinary approach, grounded in the belief in the potency of sincere and authentic flavors, reminiscent of the care and affection found in a grandmother’s cooking.
