Trophy Room introduces a new style of refined dining and entertainment to the Wellington community. Owned and operated by T&R Restaurant Group, the new hospitality division of T&R Development, Trophy Room offers a sophisticated dining experience in an expansive dining room, cocktail bar, lounge, 35-seat private dining room and outdoor garden. Each individual space is outfitted with elegant furnishings and modern design. Chef Joseph Bonavita, Jr.’s, elevated New American menu with global influences features a selection of prime beef, Florida seafood, brick-oven pizzas and simply-prepared offerings focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Inspired by worldly tables and experiences, Trophy Room brings a global perspective from its food and beverages to its vibe and offers an energetic space that is equal parts restaurant and lounge.
