Event Policies:

2. Avoid purchasing Platinumlist-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites such as eBay, Dubizzle, Facebook, StubHub, and Online Ticket Shop. Resold tickets may be invalid or canceled by Platinumlist.
3. Take precautions to protect your tickets from loss or theft.
4. Platinumlist does not replace lost or stolen tickets, nor provide refunds for lost or stolen tickets.
5. If an electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, entry will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
6. No re-entry or exit once inside the venue.
How to get there
We recommend public transport to avoid traffic. Limited paid parking is available on site.
- By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and it’s easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. From Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk.
- By public transportation: Coca-Cola Arena Dubai is easily accessible by metro, you can take the Red Line and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can walk a few minutes to reach Coca-Cola Arena.
- By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. It’s a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
