1. Doors open at 13:30, and the event commences at 14:00.
2. Doors open at 19:30, and the event begins at 20:00.
Age Limit:
- Individuals aged 6 and above require a ticket to access the Dubai Opera main Auditorium.
- Children below 6 years old are not permitted into the Dubai Opera main Auditorium.

The Dubai Opera maintains an ambiance of elegance and style. Please refrain from overly casual or provocative attire, such as shorts or flip-flops, to adhere to our venue standards. Guests not complying with the dress code will not be permitted entry.

- Dubai Opera does not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling, at its sole discretion.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may be replaced by Dubai Opera, subject to verification and a replacement fee.
- Dubai Opera reserves the right to make changes to artists, programmes, prices, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Admission to an event is subject to Dubai Opera’s Conditions of Entry, available on our website.
- Age restrictions may apply, and ticket holders are responsible for ensuring compliance.
- Dubai Opera reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
- The ticket holder agrees to submit to searches for prohibited items, including weapons, controlled substances, and recording devices.
- Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break and seated in alternate locations.
- The use of mobile phones, cameras, and electronic devices is prohibited inside the auditorium.
- The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Dubai Opera, including before, during, and after the event, except in certain circumstances.
How to get there
By car: If you’re coming from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), take the exit towards Financial Center Road/D71 and follow the signs for Burj Khalifa/Downtown Dubai. Keep right and merge onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach Dubai Opera, which will be on your right.
By public transportation: You can take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From there, you can either walk for about 10 minutes to Dubai Opera or take a short taxi ride to reach the venue.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Dubai Opera from anywhere in Dubai. If you’re coming from downtown, the journey typically takes around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
