Hosted every other Sunday of the month by the experienced practitioner Lauren-Anne, a local yoga specialist, the hour-long yoga and wellness sessions begin at 8:30am where guests can start their morning with Surya Namaskars (sun salutations), warrior positions and everything in between. These yoga sessions are designed for all levels, whether wellness-seekers, seasoned yogis or just starting out!
To enhance the journey of mindfulness, guests can sit back and take in the magnificent views of the West Palm beach as they relish in a delicious breakfast curated by Koko Bay to amplify the post-yoga bliss. Indulge in classic breakfast dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Smashed Avocado on Multigrain Toast, Brioche French Toast, Koko Bay Full English and more.
For those who prefer a vegan diet, some of the guest-favourites on the menu include Tofu Scrambled on Multigrain Toast, KoKo Nut Chia pudding or Bircher Muesli. Guests can also choose from a variety of beverages including fresh juices, healthy smoothies, detox drinks and a premium selection of coffees and teas.
