Terms & Conditions:
– Booking of party dates is first come first serve basis
– Bookings must be done in person
– Blocking party dates through phone calls shall not be honored. However, other inquiries shall be entertained by the restaurant team
– In order to secure a booking, the customer is required to pay a 100.00 AED deposit fee at the selected McDonald’s hub during the reservation. Failing which, the booking will be canceled by our restaurant, and the slot will be released to others
– The party duration is a maximum of two (2) hours only. If the client fails to show up on time, no adjustment will be made to the scheduled time of the party
– The ONLY outside food allowed within McDonald’s premises is a birthday cake. McDonald’s is not responsible for any health hazards that may arise due to the cake. The clients are requested to bring the birthday cake with them on their arrival. We accept no responsibility for whatever may happen to the birthday cake if it is delivered earlier
– No character/ mascot/costume, magician, or children entertainer (puppetry, face painter, balloon artist) shall be allowed within the restaurant’s premises. As well as any other party amenities such as popper, snow spray, and confetti launchers 🎉🍔🎈
