As the temperatures soar in the UAE during May, outdoor activities may seem less appealing to the active crowd. But fear not, DXB Snow Run offers a refreshingly cool alternative at Ski Dubai! ❄️
In collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, Ski Dubai presents the fifth edition of this unique run, where participants brave the chilly -4⁰C temperatures of the indoor ski venue. Brrr… 🥶
Scheduled for Sunday, May 19, 2024, this year’s event introduces a new age category, allowing children as young as 13 to join the race. Previously, the minimum age was 15. 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Participants can choose between two distances: 3km (three loops around Ski Dubai) or 5km (five loops). And believe it or not, you might even break a sweat, so don’t forget to bring a change of clothes! 💦
Registration remains open until May 16, with prices starting from Dhs94.50. Individual and group categories are available, and booking early during the last week of Ramadan can save you up to Dhs25. Hurry, as registration will close once all spots are filled!
Since its launch in 2020, DXB Snow Run has grown into an annual event, attracting around 600 athletes from 55 nationalities last year alone. Stay tuned for further updates and announcements! 🏅
